2003 F150 extended cab - both rear doors stopped working at the same time.

Hi all.  I hope someone can point me in the right direction on this.  I've seen
a lot of posts about the cable part breaking on the doors, but what are the
odds that BOTH sides would go out the same week?  I rarely use the
passenger-side back door, which makes it even weirder.  Is there
something else that might keep both doors from opening?
