2001 F-150

I have a 2001 F-150 with 5.4 and just redid the manifold and head gaskets last
year now a year later again issues with keeping water in the motor so I want to
replace but I also want a beefier motor more power need to know If I can swap
out I know I could if it was a Chevy.. I have done many engine changes for
Chevy.. but this is my first FORD.. help please..

A Chevy motor in a Ford? That's a good one. Maybe get your 5.4 fixed correctly would be the best course of action.
