Did the lights on your vehicle use to stay on for a couple of minutes after turning them off as my newer pickup does? If so, you will need a diagram of the lighting electrics to locate the timed relay which allows this function, it's probably bad and stuck on.

No the light also stay on in the park light position.i;m going to replace the 3 relays in the top center of the dash hope this takes care of the problem I was pulling a trailer when all this started.

I'm having the same problem. But mine are actually turning on after I turned lights and truck off. I'm sleeping I don't know when it happens. Wake up to dead battery. My neighbors tell me after they see me charging the battery.

I have a 2005 Ford F150, it's been nothing but trouble I woke up this morning to find the same thing headlights went on during the night battery is dead. I'm beginning to think Ford is a piece of junk.
