I rebuild my 5.4 top to bottom... I also changed fuel
pump . in line filter. Iac. The truck after a 30 min
use starts to hesitate and lack power wanting to
turn off. . what. Am. I over looking

Check the EVAP system for proper operation. As you drive gas is removed from the tank. If a vacuum begins to form the fuel pump may not be able to overcome the negative presure inside the tank.
