Some of those come on when the engine is due for an oil change. Check your owners manual and see if yours has that feature. If not, you will have to bring it in to the shop and have the codes read on a computer. You may be able to reset the light by disconnecting the negative cable from your battery for a few mins. then hook it back up.

My 2001 F-150 "Service engine soon" light came on immediately after I replaced a blown out tailight. I disconnected the negative battery terminal and allowed a couple of minutes, then re- attached and problem solved. /Thanks
