2002 Chevy Cavalier: Intermittent Won't Start.

Asked by FrankSymptoms Feb 19, 2015 at 06:33 PM about the 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Vehicle cranks well, just replaced battery. It seems to be a fuel issue: I sprayed starter fluid into the intake (and behind the air filter) and it ran till I stopped spraying the starter fluid.

It's done this 5-6 times this month; after 5-10 minutes, it will start and run fine. It seems to do this after it's been run for awhile and warmed up, then parked for 20 minutes or more.
