My 02 chevy cavalier quit working, what could be the issue?

Asked by heathernt Sep 05, 2014 at 05:16 PM about the 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

the codes that show up are c1275, po300, and po440. It is an 2002 chevy cavalier and will not run at all. What could be causing this? And is it work the fix or should I sell it to a junkyard instead?

C1275 is TCS Trac control. ...P0300 random misfire...P0440 is EVAP. Depending on mileage you might want to consider just getting another car, there is a LOT of stuff going on with yours. If the mileage is not way out of expected life-span, which really is arbitrary...maybe track everything down and fix but if you are talking 200,000 give it nice funeral
