Where is the Fog Light Relay on a 2002 Chevyrolet Cavalier z24

Both of my fog lights are out and i changed the fuse i am wondering if it is the relay or the bulbs blew out?

I'd say it's the bulbs! I have the same problem but I just haven't changed them out yet.. maybe try a tester light at the fuse to make sure u got power to em before u go 'n' buy bulbs.. best of luck on getting them going!
