98 F150 Motor and Trans swap into an 05 F150 body

Hey bud,  I've got a 98 F150 with the 4.6l v8 motor in it,  it
was in a wreck and it messed the body up pretty bad,  i was
thinking about buying an 05 f150 that has a bad
transmission,  it has the 5.4l v8 in it,  would it be easy,  or
possible,  to just swap out the whole motor and
transmission out of my 98 into this 05??

Possible, yes, worth it, no. Just swap transmissions and flash the 4r70e codes ti the computer
