Asked by Nayz Jul 18, 2018 at 06:23 PM about the 1998 Ford F-150 XLT 4WD Extended Cab LB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck acts like it's
not getting enough gas
after running for about
15 miles. Up hill is
worse. If I pull over
and turn it off for 5
minutes it will run
correctly for another
10 miles or so. Put on
a new fuel filter. Help!

It is an electronic system. And ok ty! I will have them checked is there anyway it could have a relay switch?

Also my truck never dies just won't go. Unless u turn it off for a couple minutes then it's doing fine again.
