2002 chevy blazer ls trouble starting when it get cold out side like it not getting gass or not firing

My 2002 chevy blazer ls ihad trouble starting
it back in the spring of the year had it
hooked up to computer only thing it would
tell me is that it wasn't hitting on number4
cylinder i did tuneup on it run like a champ
all summer. Now thatcold wether is setting
in it back to not starting. Till the sun worms
up the car any ideas

Check for carbon buildup on injector or throttle body or in cylinder. I had this same issue and it was my throttle body. Yours could be buildup on #4. Maybe treat engine with some seafoam.
