4 wheel drive trouble

Four wheel drive will not in gauge  is not encoder
motor when you push the four wheel drive button it
before wheel highlights up 4 wheel High blinks
goes back to 2 wheel High the encoder motor does
not even try to engage the system what's the
problem

Ty it probably broke wire it acks like it not getting power I had a harness that I bolt to it and can use jumpers it shifts transfer case but it acks like no power from truck I will check harness ty
