My suspension is feeling rough and my right front tire will bounce even on flat surfaces

Check the shock absorbers and replace as necessary, I would also take a good look at the right from tire for bumps and flat spots if I were you.

Your shocks could be bad I replaced mine on my 03 recently they weren't too hard to replace. As for bouncing on flat surfaces see if there is mud on the inside of your rims or anything that could throw the balance of the wheel off. Maybe even take it to a tire shop and have the wheel checked to see if it needs to be balanced
