Lossing acceleration after turning

I have a 95 f150 if i dont make a complete stop
before turning i have no pick up upon acceleration
after the turn.what could be wrong

Have the tranny checked. Sounds like your transmission is down shifting while slowing and entering a gear which does not work at all.
