my 95 ford f150 wont star or click or anything when i turn the key i have replaced the sterter and the relay switch and still nothing happens

Check the battery, may be low on charge, and check the battery cable connections.

i cleaned the termanels and the cables all of my accessories turn on just don't do anything for the motor
Then you would need to test to see if there is power on the small wire on the starter solenoid when someone is turning the key to the start position. If there is no power then it could be the ignition switch. If there is power on the small wire, then there would be a problem with the starter. You could try and jump between the small terminal and the top large battery connection on the solenoid to see if the starter kicks in. If this is a standard transmission make sure it is in neutral with someone holding the brake pedal. And if it works, and the key is on, it will start.

I have jumped the solenoid on flthe fender with a screw driver before but I think I'll go put a test light in that ignition wire
Oh, so you have the old style starter in there. So yes, it could be a solenoid problem. Test the small wire like you said.
