95 Ford f150 only has one rear tank, why after a short trip the tank builds a lot of back pressure

The gas tank is not venting properly.

Would that little plastic think on top of the tank?


It would be a hose on the fuel filler neck. It should be part of the EVAP system.

Is that hose that runs inside the tank?


Not the fuel line, the vent.

There's nothing on the filler neck.
