Not getting fuel

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Okay I have a 95 Ford F150 4.9 straight 6 300
     One day I started it up it hesitated to start then
when I put it in gear and hit the gas it's stuttered
and did not want to go so I drove it down the road
a little ways to see if it would clear up it did not
clear up so I shut it off and would not start back up
I had it towed home I replaced the fuel pump the
fuel filter 6 fuel injectors and the relays it will crank
but it will not start what are my options thank you

Also if I spray starting fluid it will start until the starting fluid Burns off

Does the fuel pump run, prime up when you turn the key to the on position? Make sure the fuel pump runs. Otherwise the fuel filter should be changed out, that may be plugged up.
