My 1995 F150 5.0 the check engine comes on and the truck dies 1 second later What is causing this

There are several things that can cause this concern. Does it have fuel pressure? Spark? Have you checked the system for codes? More information will help greatly.

after it warms up like 25 min of driving the engine light comes on and off and when that happens I loose power spurting and then I punch it its ok for about 2 min then all over again. I let it cool down great until it warms up then all over again
