start engine, put foot on brake pedal, the pedal stays down and brakes are on. can't move unless you pull the brake pedal up with foot, then brakes release. I have tried different obvious things but problem remains. Can I check if the rear ABS is causing this problem without bypassing or replacing the R ABS module? I would like to remove the fuse temporarily for ABS just to see if it makes a difference. Will remove the fuse stop the ABS from working? thank you very much. Stevo

Does sound like a booster problem more than anything else. Not a difficult job, just follow the instructions on bleeding the master cylinder properly.

to follow up, I replaced the master cylinder. (company sent the wrong plastic plugs for the side, that was dissapointing) and bled the brake lines, and saw some improvement, the brake pedal does not stick down as much. But I think it needs ALOT more bleeding before it is all cleared up. thanks for your comments!

If the brake pedal still stays down, even a bit and has to be pulled up with your foot, it's probably the booster..

I have a 94 f250 and my brake pedal is the same I replasted. Buster and bleed front but rear is only coming out a little
