I have a 1994 Ford F150 the key broke off in ignition key cylinder, once stearing wheel is removed is there a some type of a retaining screw I can remove to release the tumbler?

Key broke off in switch, is there an easy method of removing the tumbler cylinder?

There may be a hole in the column (underneath) which accesses a small button. When the button is depressed and the ignition is in the run position, the lock can be pulled out. Not sure about your particular model, but an internet search under "changing ignition switch on 1994................ " will probably help.
