Towing capacity

I have a 1994 Ford F-150 xlt v6 gvwr 6250 and I’m
need to pull a 28’7” camper gvwr 6800. Not sure
about tongue weight or what else I should be
considering. Would this pull at speeds under 50mph

Check the sticker inside the drivers side door where tire pressures are listed. The info may be listed there.
