1993 ford F150 302

I  have a 1993 F150 about a month ago
there was a freeze and I got into my truck
and tryed to start it and it turned over 3 or 4
times and it back fired I changed sparkplug
rotary button distributer cap  sparkplug
wire's and I put my feet nger in the coil wire
and it shocked the zapped the piss out of
me what else could it be

Check if you have spark. Could be a short in the primary or secondary windings, check them with an ohmmeter. I forget what spec is, somewhere in the 0.5-0.7 ohm range.
