Starting my truck

I have a 1993 Ford F150 4x4, I replaced
the battery the starter the starter relay
switch and the positive cable and my
truck still will not start it turns over but
sluggish and will not start what can I do
next?

a flat braided ground cable must be attached from the firewall to the engine , sometimes get broken or left off
