struggles to turn over

original replace my engine I try to start it it turns
over once or twice and then click and will not turn
over when I go to start it struggles to turn over

You don't give any real information so it is just a guessing game. How about more details?

Ok just replace the engine with one our of one with 91000 miles got everything hook up by the book put a new battery with 650 CCA and I go to start it and it turns like 2 time vary weakly and then click so I checked all my wires and there all good so I try again and the same happen again

Is the timing set correctly? If it is way off it could sound like your engine.

A bad starter is also a possibility as is bad battery connections or a missing engine ground strap.
