I have a 93 ford f150 that stalls when I put in into
drive or reverse and sometimes in park. It idles
below 1k. When I press the gas it revs but sounds
like it's choking and struggling to stay at 1k rpm

Could be the MAP sensor, a vacuum leak, fuel filter/pump, oil pump or coil pack...many, many things could be the issue, unfortunately.

Thank you. I found out that it's fuel injected. I adjusted the throttle screw and it's helping alot lol thank you tho holly.
