, same no fire from coil , 12 v on both wires koo , new coil, computer , other parts , had ignition module checked 2 times , started when I put different instruments panel

92 f150 , 5.0l , auto , died near home , got it home fuel pump kept running with
car off , pulled neg. Cable recharged and started next morning,  eve no start fuel
pump continues to run,  pull neg and starts but if damp it will not , replaced sec,  
ignition module checked,  , got running after messing with fuse box in engine
compartment,  replaced computer , ran but high rpm at start up and limp mode ,
No low or overdrive,  blowing black fuel smoke , No codes but neutral switch ,
67 , told need replace instrument cluster,  did , ran 2 minutes and died , No coil
fire , wires going to coil has 12 volts. On each , is this right?
