How do i stop fuel transferring from rear take to front tank on its own?

We recently replaced the rear tank fuel pump and some valves because the
fuel was constantly switching between tanks.  After taking into a shop and
telling them i wanted that problem fixed, it appeared they were successful
until the front tank stopped pumping fuel to the engine but would siphon fuel
from the rear tank instead.  With nowhere to go the fuel just spills out of the
filler hose onto the street.

Sounds like the fuel tank switching valve is stuck on the return valves, take it back ton the shop that did the work, if they worked on that valve assembly it may have a warranty.
