Truck won't start fire make any noise

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My electronic ignition switch went out when taking
it off it sparked a few times. Should have took the
battery cable loose. Live and learn. Now with a
new electronic ignition it won't fire my gauges or
anything won't activate when I switch key on. Use
the wire to jump from the plug under my car to my
battery and I can start the truck by jumping my
solenoid. Can someone please help me with this
problem thank you
