F150 1991 acts like it's not getting gas will not start

My 1991 F150 died on the freeway once it cool
down start back up the problem continued tell the
point it will not start at all fuel pump was replaced
this did not solve the problem

Could be a lot of things what have you tested? Ignition control module, ignition coil(s) and crankshaft position sensor are the items I'm suspect of

so it over heated and died ? does it have spark ? does it have fuel pressure ? is the motor blown ? look on the bottom of the oil fill cap what do you see ?
