91 ford f150 lariat wont start, new fuel pump , coil is good , spray starting fluid in plentium and it will run a few seconds, what could it be?

I do have a spark, the motor will fire off for a few seconds after we spray starting fluid in the plentum, we put a new fuel pump in, we push that little valve on the fuel rail that goes to the injectors and it squirts out gas, thank you for all your suggestions

what is the tfi module? the fuel pressure is 45 we was told by some one local to check the pickup coil in the distributor, what you think?
