Ignition problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've replaced my solenoid and my starter
both, I've had my battery checked and it's
still good. Every time I coney my wires to my
battery the starter starts cranking itself. The
key is not in the ignition but it still tries to
start.  Any help is much needed.

The ignition coil pack can be faulty, as well as the ignition switch. I would start there. Also ensure that all of the wiring is correct, grounded, and taped off. Best of luck!
