Does one fuel pump operate dual fuel tanks

Is there one or two
fuel pumps for dual
tanks truck ran great
then I went to
accelerate and my
truck would not pick
up enough fuel to
move the truck and
would stall. Then it
would not pick up any
fuel to start Please
help all answers and
suggestions
welcomed Oh and I'm
a 55 year old women
doing my own repairs

where is the fuse located that goes to these 2 fuel pumps . mine use to make a noise when you turned it on but now doesn't make a sound make me think its not getting electric

Check the emergency or crash fuel cut off switch most of these trucks including my 93 is equipped with a breaker like switch that is supposed to cut power to the fuel pump if there is a crash in older vehicles it gets week and will sometimes trip
