Brake Bleeding On A 1990 f150

I Can Only Get 2 Of The 5 Bleeder Valves
Open.  TheY Are Rusted And Stripped.  If I
Vacuum Pump The Ones I Can Open, Will
This Get Most Of The Air Out?  I Have Also
Bleed The Lines That Go Into The Calipers
And I Do Have Pressure, But Not Alot, They
Get The Job Done Now, But Not Safely...
Any Tips Or Ideas?

To properly bleed the brakes each wheel must be bled beginning with the wheel furtherest away from the master cylinder first (right rear), then the left rear, then right front, then left front. You may have to replace parts if you cannot remove and replace the bleeder valves. Your lack of pressure is a result of the brakes not being bled properly.

I Have Sprayed Wd40 For 3 DayA And Still Can't Get Them Free, Any Ideas?

They have to be opened and closed to properly bleed the brakes, behind each wheel. If the fitting is rounded over, than obviously it is damaged beyond repair. Try using vice grips to turn the fitting behind each wheel. If it comes loose, replace the fitting. If it does not come off, then the caliper will have to be replaced.
