Can I swap a 1984 5.0 f150 engine in to a 1990 ford f150 xlt 5.0? Will the bell housing and
exhaust and motor mounts match?

The block and heads should be the same. You will have to change over a lot of electronics (ecm, intake and fuel system, wiring harnesses, ect)
