I have a 1992 ford E-150 and it just shut off as I was exiting the freeway. It would not re-start. I gave it a good once over and noticed gas was leaking out of the 02 sensor on the exhaust.

I may have flooded it. Nevertheless, It will crank over but not fire and stay running.

if you flooded it you need to change you spark plugs first or at least let them dry. them make sure all your ignition wires are attached properly. pull a cable and see if it throws a spark.
