i have a 94 f250 and i can start it and it act likes it trying to cut out it really gets bad when i try to go up hills i got a new coil pack new wires and a fuel filter and its still doing it

did the cap look ok no tracks like carbon inside it. also i would get a spary bottle with water and spray down the wires cap coil and see if it gets worse
