welded a braket on my chevy tracker and now it wont start

it rolls over just fine and everything works lights,radio,blower motor. but it wont start. cant here the feul pump and i pulled the bolt out of the feul rail and get no feul. changed the feul pump relay and still nothing.

used a mig welder. all i did was tack it in place.i checked the pump fuse and it was good. thank you and if you have any other ideas please let me know. im going to try the starting fluid now.
