1996 Ford E250 getting spark but not starting.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced spark  plugs, wires, fuel filter, coil , cap.  It
turns over and wants to start.  Had it start briefly,
but, then shut-off.  Previous owner has the exhaust
pipe facing upward.
