Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac
OBD II won't communicate with
the computer. I turn the ignition on
go to the start position and
nothing happens. I have no fuel at
the Schrader valve. I can get the
engine  to roll over using the
starter relay. The theft light
doesn't blink rapidly. I'm lost and
need to get my truck back on the
road if anybody could help it
would be greatly appreciated.

Checked fuses and relays. The light blink when the ignition is off but shuts off when I turn ignition on. That's why we're stumped

Not yet I'll try that. Mine doesn't have a regular alarm system. It has the passive anti-theft system
