Speedometer lights won't come on.

I have a 2003 Sport Trac.  I recently replaced the radio and everything works except the
lights around the speedometer.  The check engine and other lights work fine.  I've
checked all the fuses.  Any ideas?

The bulbs have burned out. They are 194 bulbs

Could I have blown them all out at once when I installed the radio?
