The automatic gear shifter is either in the column or in the center console if you have a Harley Davidson or similar edition. The 4wd selector is either an electrical knob or a hand shift lever. Either way just go under the truck and shift the transfer case to 4H from 4L manually by moving the shifter linkage or disengaging the electric switching motor.
