where can I find the main engine wiring harness for my 2000 lightning? Are there others that fit?

My engine caught on fire and the wiring harness was burnt o a crisp and am looking for a replacement.
Where can I find a good used one or a cheap new one? Are there other wiring harnesses that would also
fit?

And no, other harness will not work from other cars, except MAYBE from a F250, but if you mean a Dodge, Chevy, no
