Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My van just passed smog 3 weeks ago.  Turned it of
one day when I restarted the van it was running
supper rich and only has half power.  When you
shut it off it won’t start for 3 hr. It always stays  5.8L
running until it is shut off.  new fuel pump, fuel
puersure regulator, spark plugs, map TPS sensor,  I
can’t figure it out.

O2 sensors have not been replaced. Map sensor, spark plugs, fuel regulator, fuel pump, TPS and air cleaner have all been replaced. I put 20 gallons of fuel in and my tank is empty after 100 miles. There’s no raw fuel coming out the tail pipe, just a whole lot of black smoke. The motor is running roughy. It starts every day and it runs. But when I turn it off it will not restart for 3 hrs. Still gets spark and plenty of fuel but it will not start.

Check engine light is on and there is 10 different codes. It’s coding everything. Kind of difficult to pin point. I’m thinking is a stuck lifter.
