Can you use heads from a 2003 5.4 Triton on a 1997 5.4 Triton?

I have a 1997 F250 light duty with a 5.4 Triton, it was given
to me by a friend. The truck overheated and I fear that the
heads are warped.  I have a set of heads from an 03 5.4
that are available. Would it be possible to use those heads
on the 97?

We took out 2007 outlook to g.m Garage and they said they would have to replace the entire front light But decided not yo have it do e it was zo expe sive. So took it in gor an oil change a d young man change out the bulb and it worked just fi e. Just go to a. Auto psrt store and get a the light .bulb. get o. U ti e. You have to take the panel under your eherl off to get to it. Pur your questio. On u tube kt will tell u i think the bb wasime 80 .00 .su w a little less better than 900 good luck
