The brake booster use vacuum created by the motor, this vacuum line has a one way valve (check Valve) this valve may be bad or the booster itself or the the motor may have a huge vacuum leak in one of the vacuum lines or intake gasket or even in the EVAP system, Vacuum lines running from gas take to cannister under hood with a purge valve which may be the bad part too. Your going to have to trace this vacuum leak down.
