have 2002 explorer sport trac, drivers door will not lock or unlock with keyless remote. all otherr doors work fine.

drivers door locks and unlocks manually and with door switches just not remote. noticed a bolt missing about ten inches below lock assy and aslo can hear a rattle inside door panel. nothing real heavy or big tho. could it be that the ground wire cud have becomes disconnected. thank you

You will need to pull inside door panel off and take a look. Sounds like a linkage came loose.
