My girl was driving home from work and she herd a noise
like a tire poppin  and truck died and wont start it turns
over but doesn't even attempt  to start .it turns over like a
engine with no plug in it

timing belt/chain ? If you can see the rockers through he oil fill cap see if they are a rockin'
