im running a 265/40/22 on my 2002 sport tracw/ 1in spacer w/o problem, is it possible to replace the tire for 275/45/22 w/o causing any rubbing on the front bumper? it look like it will rub?

Running 22's with a spacer on your truck is asking for all kinds of problems. The 275/45 tires will be a good bit taller and you may end up with clearance problems if you don't have a problem already.
