What is this unknown electrical connector on my F250's dash?

What is this connector for?

An optional switch. If you look at your owners manual you might find what function it would have.

That might be for the switch that moves the pedal assembly.

Not a word about it in my Haynes manual. I do not have the original owners manual.

BTW this is a 2003 so there's not a motorized pedal adjustment assembly.

You may not have pedal adjustment option but the truck does have the option and its wire harness and place for it with the dummy panel covering where it goes. I just looked it and found it and it looks like it would mount in the hole and has a very similar plug.

Look up Pedal Height Adjustment Switch on rockauto.com, they have all the switches & connectors and if you look threw them all you may locate if Pedal Height Adjustment Switch is not it.

I wonder if the motor is in place so all I'd need is the switch and I'd have this option?

Good afternoon i would like to know if you can help me with either a labeled picture of a 1996 f250 dash board harness with the names of where all the connectors go or a dash board harness schematic with the connectors showing where each one should plug into?
