There is a fuse panel under the hood as well as inside the truck. The relay you are looking for is under the hood in that fuse panel

My 2003 does indeed have a panel with three relays under the hood. I've had zero luck trying to find a description of the relays in this panel. I suppose that I'll have to hit up the dealer unless there's another source?

Probably on the circuit board attached to the fuse box in the cab. It is not accessible or replaceable. I disassembled my fusebox and repaired the circuit board as the solder connections had melted.

I have a 2003 f250 Super Duty Crew Cab 5.4 auto trans 4x4. I had O'reilly's read the codes which say I have a PO231 secondary fuel circuit - voltage low which is being interpreted by most as a faulty fuel pump relay. I have had two places diagnose and search and I have looked myself. I cannot find a relay in my fuse panel, under the hood, behind the radio or in left or right kick panels. I have yet to look behind the glovebox which a friend suggested is the location in f150. The truck starts and drives but will die while driving. If I pull over, put it in park, turn off the ignition switch and wait a minute to 5 minutes it will restart and I can drive sometimes 5 miles before it dies again; other times it will not die for over a week. This has been going on for months now. If anyone can recommend another hiding spot for the relay I am open to suggestions. Thank you.
